All event rentals must be delivered during and picked up by the end of your rental time. Nothing can be left inside the venue or anywhere on the exterior of the venue. You will forfeit your security deposit and any items left behind will be disposed immediately by our staff. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC will not be held responsible to hold or store items that was left behind.
Applies to clients that paid Security Deposit only. Security Deposit is a separate fee from Hall Rental and Packages. Security Deposit fee is not included in payment schedule for Hall Rental and Packages. Security deposit will only be refunded in person only within 48-72 hours after event gathering. Security Deposit will be refunded only if all Rules and Regulations are met and honored. Client must be present with valid identification for Security Deposit to be refunded. Clients that cancel or forfeit event date also cancel Security Deposit payment.

Remove/Storage $150 fee
for the Removal/Storage of all chairs and tables if client request for all tables and chairs to be removed.
Advertised additional time price is only available prior to event date up to 24hours before event date. Requesting additional time after 24hour deadline, on event date or during hall rental timeframe agrees that they will be charged the advertised hourly rate and additional $75. This applies to requested time on the front or back end of hall rental timeframe and all for hall rentals that run pass 8hour hall rental timeframe.
** warming area includes commercial food warmer, refrigerator, sink and stainless steel table (stay in the venue and cannot be moved around venue) No cooking allowed on premises. Plugging additional items in warming area and in any outlets or extension cords in back area of venue will result in power loss. See Rules and Regulations number 28 for penalty charges.
*facility has 3 black bins located in warming area each trash bin will have 1 contractor trash bag inside each bin and also 1 contractor trash bag on the side of each trash bin for additional trash.

Terms and Agreement
1. SCOPE OF MASTER AGREEMENT. This Agreement governs all Hall Rental and Decoration Services between Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc and Client that are documented with Rental Agreement/ Invoice. Rental Agreement/ Invoice will be completed for specific Hall Rental needs on specified event date. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc and Client agree that each Rental Agreement/ Invoice will be considered an addendum to this Agreement and the terms and provisions of this Rental Agreement/Invoice are incorporated to provide the complete terms and conditions for that order.
2. MODIFIED RENTAL ORDER CONSENT.
Client authorizes changes to be made to the Rental Agreement/ Invoice by telephone or electronic communication without a physical signature from Client
3. EVENT INSURANCE.
This agreement governs that Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC recommends that client purchase Event Insurance that covers venue, all vendors, guest(s) during client rental. Client accepts full responsibility for all vendors, guest(s), and all penalties that may occur during event. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC is not responsible for client's failure to purchase event insurance.
Rules and Regulations 1. Renters are responsible to return all furniture (tables, chairs, cocktail tables etc.) to its original location at the conclusion of event. 2. Renters are responsible to remove all belongings from all tables and chairs 3. Renters must dispose of all trash in trash cans and trash must be left behind in warming area ONLY. 4. Renters are responsible for providing their own trash bags, ice, coolers, serving spoons, utensils, and etc. when renting venue (In the event client does not have trash bags and Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc. has to provide trash bags client will be charged $5 per bag) 5. Renters are responsible to hire their own Disc Jockey or bring speakers, microphones, and service tables. 6. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC has a designated warming area which has a food warmer. Food Warmer accommodates eight (8) aluminum food pans 7. 7% sales tax will be added to total balance 8. Renters are responsible for all their personal items. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC is not responsible to hold or search for any items lost or stolen on our premises, (including vehicles and personal items lost inside or outside of the venue. Stolen vehicles and damages to vehicles are not Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC responsibility.) 9. All payments are final (NO REFUNDS OR EVENT DATE CHANGE NO EXCEPTIONS) 10. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC is not responsible for any natural disasters or any Personal Tragedies, illnesses or lost that may cause cancellations of your event. 11. Ballroom events Banquet Hall INC is not responsible for any natural disaster that may cancel the gathering of your event 12. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC does not promote drunk driving or drunken activities. Client agrees to take full responsible for providing and serving Alcoholic Beverages to guest 21years of age and older only. 13. Client agrees to ID ALL guest prior to serving alcoholic beverages. 14. Ballroom Events does not allow drinking or eating of any kind in parking lot Client takes full responsibility and understands that by signing this agreement that the parking lot must be cleaned and that in the event guest are found drinking in parking area will result to immediate termination of event. 15. Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC has the right to terminate/cancel and void any agreements at management or owners discretion without notice. Client understands that if Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC chooses to terminate/cancel rental agreement client will be refunded all previous payments made directly to Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC for Hall Rental only. Client understand and agrees that Ballroom Events Banquet Hall INC will not compensate for lost funds or services from any outsourced vendors, rentals, and purchases due to terminated/ Canceled event date. 16. Doors will only be opened at agreed scheduled event time on contract/invoice. 17. Renter(s) agrees and understands that venue must be cleaned and returned in its original condition at the agreed event conclusion time found on invoice.18 Renters are responsible to clean all trash in Warming Area, Restroom, floor, and sink area. Clients understand that they are responsible to clean any liquid or food spills during and at the conclusion of event. Ballroom Events Staff are not responsible for any accidents done by client or clients guest. 19. Clients that book any of Ballroom Events Banquet Hall or BE Banquet Hall for decoration services understand that decoration agreements can’t be down size to a lower quoted rates or reversed back to only Hall Rental once decoration services have been added on invoice/agreement. In the event client chooses to opt out or cancel for whatever reason. Client is obligated to pay all fee(s) for decoration consultation. $100 fee for each in person appointment if cilent chooses to cancel decorations services. Client will be responsible to pay all hired vendors cancellation fee(s) and all payments made to decorator and hired vendors are non refundable and no exchange for future services. All Payments for consultation fee(s) must be paid in full directly to coordinator 10 business days prior to event date or within 72hours of cancellation for decoration services. Determination of when penalty fee(s) are due is based on date services where due to be rendered. 20. Clients agree that event time includes set up, event time and clean up. 21. Client understands that Ballroom Events must be returned in the same condition as client received facility. Failure to return venue on agreed time will result to client forfeiting full Security Deposit. In the event any damages to Ballroom Events Banquet Hall or BE Banquet Hall property exceeds Security Deposit amount. Client understands that collections for all damages will be required. If damages are not paid for in timely manner Client Understands that legal actions will be taken and full cost of legal assistance, court fees, time loss and all financial burdens in the event such a situation was to occur. Client must bring in Blank Money Order or Cash App security deposit. Security Deposit will be returned back to client 48-72 hrs after event only if all rules and regulations have been followed. 22. Clients that book Ballroom Events Banquet Hall or BE Banquet Hall for Decoration services understand that all props, vases, linen, charger plates and rental furniture and etc.…. are property of Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc or hired outsourced vendor(s) Client understands that in the event Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc or any outsourced vendor(s) rental property are lost, stolen or damaged Client will be charged and funds will be deducted from security deposit immediately. Client agrees that any lost, stolen or damaged property of Ballroom Events Banquet Hall Inc or hired outsourced vendor(s) property damages or property replacement exceed security deposit amount will be responsible to pay full difference for lost, stolen or damaged item(s) within 3 business days after event. 23. Absolutely no tape, staples or adhesive are allowed on walls, floors or ceiling in or outside of venue. 24. All hanging items must be attached with drop ceiling grid with magnetic hooks only. Client is responsible to provide and remove all drop ceiling magnetic hooks. 25. Client understand and agrees that Ballroom Events Banquet Hall and BE Banquet Hall is not affiliated with any other company and Client is fully responsible for all outsourced rental property or equipment if lost or damaged. Client understands and agree that all outsourced rental property or equipment must be removed from venue at the conclusion of event rental. 26. Absolutely NO confetti/ sprinkles/ glitter allowed in venue. Use of any of these items results in immediate forfeit of full security deposit. 27. Client takes full responsibility for any damages done to any of Ballroom Events Inc. property. Client understands that cost will be deducted from Security Deposit. In the event damages exceed security deposit or if client did not pay Security Deposit the amount for damages will be billed immediately and has 3 business days to pay for any damage/stolen or post property. If payment is not received Client immediately takes full financial responsibility for Ballroom Events Inc. hired legal team to retrieve finances on what is due. Client agrees to all Ballroom Events rules and regulations. Any violations of rules and regulations will result to termination of event and forfeit of security deposit. 28 .Client understands and agrees not to detach, remove or unplug items from outlets. Client understands and agrees not to touch or switch off power from circuit breakers. Client understands that if technician(s), maintenance personnel or representative of venue is required to come in during hall rental timeframe will be changed dispatch fee immediately if incident is in result of client, guest or vendors negligence. 29. Client understands that our facilities are for small gatherings with family and friends and not to be used for promotional events or leasing events to third party for additional cost or door fees.
