Saturday Hall Rental 8 hours Hall Reservations Time includes your setup, event time and cleanup

Venue Reservation Payment Schedule

$500 Secures Hall Rental Event Date

The remaining balance will be scheduled at time of booking

Final Payment Due 7 Business Days prior to Event Date

Incidental/Security Deposit is refundable 48-72hrs after event. Not included in price listed

How Do I reserve the venue?

A deposit must be made to reserve the date that you are interested in. We operate by a first come basis.

When can I see the venue?

We operate by appointments only made through phone call or text at 954-624-5626 only during our business hours Monday- Thursday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Can I bring in my own decorator?

Yes, outside decorators, DJs, caterers, and photographers are allowed.

What is included in the hall rental?

Hall rental includes tables and chairs ONLY!

How big is the venue?

We have 2 locations. Our 4858 location is 3009 sqft and our 4888 location is 4,200 sqft.

Do you offer decorations?

Yes. We offer decoration packages. Please provide photos of your idea or ideas so we can give you an accurate quote.
